The bakery side of Bonanza is the anchor. Pan de bono, Milhojas, and rotating Colombian pastries come out fresh throughout the day, and the coffee to go alongside them is the real deal, not a corner-store approximation of café colombiano.
Lunch and dinner bring out the full menu: traditional Colombian plates built around slow-cooked proteins, rice, beans, and the kind of sides that make the meal complete. The kitchen handles dine-in and takeout, so you can eat at a table or grab a box and head out.
Bonanza is open seven days a week, Monday through Thursday from 6 AM to 9 PM, Friday and Saturday until 10 PM, and Sunday from 7 AM to 9 PM. That early open time means it's one of the few spots in Hackensack where you can get a proper Colombian breakfast before the rest of the block wakes up.
